CORE Connections Therapy, LLC provides in-home/daycare/school/office specialty therapy services to support families along the journey to improved functioning. We also work closely with homeschool families and their co-op groups for enhanced learning. Therapy should be interactive, dynamic and fun, with strategies embedded in daily routines. Jennifer Martin, MA., CCC-SLP is a speech language pathologist and certified myofunctional therapist who graduated from the University of Florida. For over 16 years, she has spent her career developing skills in the areas of feeding/oral function, and speech/language. She has worked with a variety of neurotypical and neurodivergent populations. Kelley, OTR/L
Kelley Martin OTR/L is an occupational therapist who graduated from the University of St. Augustine. Kelley has been working directly with orthopedic surgeons for the past several years and is studying to become a Certified Hand therapist to further her skills in this field. Kelley has worked with a variety of diagnoses involving the upper extremity (surgical and non-surgical), these include fractures, tendon injuries, ligament injuries, rotator cuff injuries, arthritic joints and more. At the core, she treats each individual as a whole rather than focusing on the injury in isolation. Kelley also works with postural alignment of joints and body to prevent further injury. Aside from the upper extremity treatment, Kelley has a passion for neurological disorders and is skilled in providing home evaluations to increase independence in the home and maintain safety.​
Kelley enjoys working with both pediatric and adult population.
